We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting two very special events on April 2-5: the 2012 Software User Conference and the Blood Management Symposium. About the Blood Management Symposium on April 2-3

We are excited to bring together North America’s leading transfusion experts for the Blood Management Symposium on April 2-3 at the Ritz Carlton, Buckhead hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.

This 1.5 day interactive symposium — being held in connection with the annual Haemonetics Software User Conference — will include blood management sessions that focus specifically on the advancement of hospital transfusion practices as well as product-specific topics on IMPACT Online. Knowledge will be shared through a mix of traditional presentations, interactive discussions, and best-practice sharing. Click here to review the blood management agenda.

About the Software User Conference on April 2-5

Our annual Software User Conference will be held on April 2-5 at the elegant Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. This event is located just four miles from downtown Atlanta — an area that has an exceptional array of dining, shopping, and local attractions — and promises to offer our customers a wonderful opportunity to network with peers from around the country, as well as interact with our staff.

Please register by March 16 to reserve your space at the conference and to receive the special hotel discount of $169/night.

The conference will consist of multiple segments and is designed to provide you with an important venue to discuss/share business concerns and best practices, learn how to leverage our software solutions within your organization, and have an influence on the future direction of Haemonetics software offerings.

The first segment will be held on April 2 and 3 and will offer tracks for SafeTrace/ElDorado Donor, Donor Doc, Hemasphere, and eDonor users. The Blood Management Symposium and IMPACT Online sessions will also be held on April 2 and 3. A third segment on April 4 and 5 will offer tracks for SafeTrace Tx/Horizon Blood Bank and Surround users. The registration fee for each segment is $195/person or $350/person for two segments.

Also included in the conference fee is the Host City Dinner Event, which will provide you with the opportunity to mingle with friends and colleagues during a fun-filled evening at the Georgia Aquarium, one of the largest aquariums in the world.

Remember to register for the conference by March 16 to save your spot and to also take advantage of the special hotel discount of $169/night for conference attendees. This rate is also available for the three nights preceding, as well as the three nights following, the conference. Space is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
